As global industry continues to transform, competition between companies is no longer determined solely by production capacity. Access to new technologies, international cooperation, digitalization, automation and entry into new markets have become important parts of industrial growth strategies.

One of the major meeting points for this transformation will take place in Minsk, the capital of Belarus, from 30 September to 2 October 2026.

INNOPROM. Belarus International Industrial Trade Fair will bring together industrial companies, technology providers, investors, government representatives and decision-makers at the Minsk International Exhibition Center BELEXPO.

The event’s central message is clear: Where innovations meet opportunities.

A 20,000-Square-Meter International Industrial Platform

INNOPROM. Belarus is positioned as more than a traditional exhibition where companies simply showcase their products.

According to the organizers’ materials, the event features more than 20,000 square meters of exhibition space. The figures presented include more than 14,000 visitors from 24 countries, 520 companies with exhibition booths, representation from 73 Russian regions and more than 20 business program events.

These numbers demonstrate the scale of INNOPROM. Belarus, particularly as a platform for B2B connections.

Business representatives account for 74% of the audience, while government authorities represent 9% and associations, unions and NGOs account for 11%.

Belarus, Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Pakistan, China, Kyrgyzstan, Iran and Turkmenistan are among the countries represented in the international audience.

From Machine Building to Industrial IT

One of the key characteristics of INNOPROM. Belarus is its ability to bring different parts of the industrial cycle together on a single platform.

The main sectors of the trade fair include machine building, metallurgy and materials, chemical industry, industrial IT, industrial automation and industrial services.

Machine building and component manufacturing represent the largest share of the business audience at 38%. Industrial services account for 15%, while digital technologies and manufacturing technologies each represent 10%.

Metallurgy and materials, energy solutions, the chemical industry, pharmaceuticals and the medical industry are also represented within the professional audience.

This diversity makes the event relevant not only to manufacturers, but also to technology providers, integrators and companies supplying services to industry.

More Than Half of Visitors Are Involved in Decision-Making

The real value of a B2B trade fair is determined not only by visitor numbers, but also by the positions those visitors hold within their organizations.

INNOPROM. Belarus has a particularly strong profile in this respect.

Executives and top management, including CEOs, managing directors and owners, account for 30% of visitors. Department and division heads represent 28%, managers and specialists 24%, engineers and technical specialists 13%, and individual entrepreneurs 5%.

The presentation specifically emphasizes that more than half of visitors are involved in management decision-making.

The audience is also balanced in terms of company size, with large businesses representing 41%, medium-sized businesses 34% and small businesses 25%.

This profile makes the event particularly relevant for companies seeking distributors, suppliers, technology partners and corporate customers.

Artificial Intelligence Enters the Industrial Agenda

The business program goes well beyond traditional industrial topics.

The event materials feature more than 20 events and over 200 speakers.

Alongside machine building, innovations in metallurgy and new materials, technologies for the chemical industry, industrial automation and energy technologies, the program includes subjects such as Industrial IT, AI for Industry and Cyber Security for Businesses.

Educational solutions for industry, industrial cooperation, infrastructure development and metropolitan solutions are also included among the program tracks.

The program reflects a broader transformation taking place across modern industry.

The boundaries between manufacturing and technology are becoming increasingly blurred. Artificial intelligence, data, automation and cybersecurity are no longer subjects relevant only to technology companies. They are becoming integral to factories, machinery manufacturers, energy companies and industrial supply chains.

High-Level Government and Business Participation

INNOPROM. Belarus also stands out for the level of government representation featured in its materials.

The presentation lists Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, Belarusian Prime Minister Alexander Turchin, Kazakhstan’s Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov, Azerbaijan’s Prime Minister Ali Asadov and Uzbekistan’s Prime Minister Abdulla Aripov among its top speakers.

The list also includes ministers responsible for industry and trade from Belarus, Russia, Kazakhstan, Iran and Cuba, as well as a representative of the Eurasian Economic Commission.

This level of representation positions the fair not only as a platform for commercial connections between companies, but also as a venue for industrial policy and international economic cooperation.

B2B Cooperation at the Center of the Fair

One of the core benefits INNOPROM. Belarus offers companies is the opportunity to develop direct business relationships.

The organizers identify four major benefits of participation: enhancing industrial cooperation, identifying new opportunities for industrial growth, establishing and strengthening business relationships and participating in B2B meetings.

This approach is particularly relevant for industrial companies looking to enter new markets.

International trade fairs are no longer simply places to display products. Finding distributors, connecting with local partners, exploring technology transfer opportunities and creating new supply chains are becoming increasingly important.

INNOPROM. Belarus is positioned precisely at this intersection of industrial cooperation and international business.

Minsk as an Industrial Meeting Point

The event will take place at the Minsk International Exhibition Center BELEXPO.

The venue offers 20,000 square meters of exhibition space, 2,300 parking spaces and is located approximately 20 minutes from Minsk city center.

The organizers describe the fair as bringing together the entire industrial cycle, balancing customers, integrators and technology suppliers.

This approach is particularly relevant to the future of industrial relations across the Eurasian region.

New opportunities in manufacturing no longer emerge within the boundaries of a single country or sector.

Technology providers connect with manufacturers, manufacturers with distributors, government institutions with investors, and engineering companies with new customers on an international scale.

A New Industrial Era: Technology, Cooperation and New Markets

For today’s industrial companies, competitiveness is no longer simply about producing more.

Producing smarter, integrating technology into processes, finding the right international partners and accessing new markets are becoming increasingly important.

As a result, the role of events such as INNOPROM. Belarus is also changing.

Trade fairs are no longer simply spaces for displaying machinery and technology. They are becoming B2B platforms where trade, technology, industrial policy and international cooperation intersect.

INNOPROM. Belarus 2026, opening in Minsk on 30 September, is preparing to become one of the region’s important examples of this transformation.
