Entrepreneur Support Program – Business Development Grant
In 2025, KOSGEB revised the program under the motto “KOSGEB Selects Its Entrepreneurs”. It provides support in the following structure:

- additional grant: 150,000 TL for young, female, disabled, veteran entrepreneurs or relatives of martyrs
- repayment: begins 36 months after receiving the grant
The supported sectors include manufacturing, telecommunications, software, IT infrastructure, and R&D activities. Eligible expenses cover personnel, machinery-equipment, molds, and consultancy costs.
Over the first three periods of 2025, 6,525 entrepreneurs applied, with 1,127 projects receiving a total of 1.62 billion TL in grants out of 2.7 billion TL total investments. The third application period was held between 1 and 31 October 2025.
